Best tech Ive ever spoken with! I normally absolutely hate talking to computer techs, but she was a pleasure to talk to! She didn’t over complicate things, so I actually knew what she was talking about! She fixed my issue in no time, so thankful for her! Also responded within seconds at 10PM!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HER, SHE IS THE ONLY TECH I WILL USE FROM HERE ON OUT!!Jul 16, 2019Verified

Very professional and helpful. Thank you so much for your help. I was kind of hesitant to use online help, but my experience was very pleasant. I will be using this service again.Jun 28, 2019Verified

There was a serious lack of communication and this person never sent me examples of previous work like I asked for. The price was low, but I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up using a different photographer at a higher price who was much more responsive. Update: My original review was 2 stars, but I had to change it once this person decided to be confrontational. This photographer sent me a message after I posted my original review, saying that my review was unjustified because I didn't hire them. So let me be clear - I did not hire this person because they did not respond to my simple request for examples of previous work. How do they expect us to decide to hire them without any sort of portfolio or anything? The profile has a website listed of www.icontrolthis.com but theres nothing to see there. So maybe other people have had better success with this person, but my wife and I could not get an answer to one simple question. So when I said "you get what you pay for," that means that this person's price is so low that you shouldn't expect good service. It doesn't mean that we paid this person anything, since they seem to think that you can only use that phrase if you make a purchase. So here's a tip to this photographer: if you get a review you don't like, it would have been better to be apologetic than confrontational. My wife and I may have tried using your services in the future and would have considered this a one-off situation, but not anymore.May 26, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is primarily based on time spent on the project. It may seem low but that's because I don't find it necessary to charge what my competition charges. With regard to physical prints, I try to keep the profit margin as low as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I find the easiest way to deal with someone new is to let them see what I have done so far.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been taking pictures for well over two decades. When I started out, I literally knew nothing, including the fact that I had no way to understand any of the parts on the camera I was working with. It was very much try and try again. I've gone through college for photography, experimented with techniques and equipment, done plenty of photo work. In the end, what I have used the most is experience.
