- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chicago Garage Door provides its customers with competitive pricing. Often most jobs will have a different price, depending on the complexity of the job such as size of the door and type of the motor unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will need to call and schedule an appointment. The technician will follow up with the customer 30 min before arrival, and then guide the customer through the completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each technician is provided with annual courses in the headquarters of the manufacturer. Some even go beyond and complete additional courses to advance their knowledge and techniques.
