Never be reluctant to hire this hardworking and professional handyman. He put in 3 light fixtures and 2 dimmer switches in 2 hours, in rooms that were dark except for flashlights, while smiling about it! An electric company I called and used in the past as a secretary for a business, quoted me $495 for 2hrs. I will use Ruslsai again to install a new vanity and sink or other projects, and recommend him to friends. He came with a completely organized case of tools, and a 2nd case with individual compartments for commonly used hardware to complete jobs. EXCEPTIONAL is the word I would use to describe him.

Ruslsai completed several repairs at home. He was punctual, honest, did not push for unnecessary repairs, clean with his work. A mix of electrical, plumbing, paint. This is the list of some of the repairs: 1)Under the kitchen sink pipes 2) Installation of the Microwave 3)The drip pan is not plumbed to the drain. This should be properly plumbed 4)installing stainless steel braided fill lines to the washing machine 5) Installing missing smoke and C/O alarms throughout the home. 6) Changing light bulbs on the staircase 7)doorbell change. 8) replace sink stoppers that are missing in the bathroom. 9)There is mold like substance on the walls in the 2nd floor hall bathroom please evaluated/cleaned and or repaired and the source of moisture should be determined and repaired. 10)There is mold like substance on the walls in the 2nd floor hall bathroom and the ceiling of the garage and primary bath that need to be checked.11) Resealed the bathroom and shower
