Mr Schabell did a thorough job of repairing my computer,I will certainly seek his services again and will highly recommend him with out reservations to friends and family.His rates were very reasonable, he was timely and patiently described in layman's terms what was wrong with the computer and what he did to fix it.I felt he went the extra mile ,treated me utmost courtesy and I was delighted to find out that he offered free tech support over the phone completely free!My only regret is that I didn't find him early.I could have saved hundreds of dollars.My computer is working like brand new now thanks to Ray.Mar 15, 2015VerifiedRaymond S.'s reply

Ray was quickly able to identify my problem and even let me know there was a cheaper alternative to fixing the problem (I didn't have to upgrade the OS like I thought.) Once he fixed the computer he made sure I knew how to operate the new OS and also how to ensure my other software would be compatible with it. Ray has been servicing the computers in our home for several years now, and I wouldn't call anyone else. He's always dependable, knowledgeable, reasonable, and very thorough. He always follows up his visits, making sure the computer is in good working order. He keeps us updated on issues we need to know about computer safety as well. Many times he'll call and walk me through fixing an issue I'm having, and is able to do it in a way that I can easily understand. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most every job needs to be evaluated on its own specifics. Certain big box stores that quote $200.00 up front are cheating their customers as some problems are fixed in 10 minutes. The key is to hire someone who is trustworthy, fair and is as concerned about your bottom line as you are. This behavior is what will provide the repeat business and referrals that I need to remain successful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I belong to numerous tech boards where IT experts share their knowledge, discovery and problem solving techniques. Traditional classroom training is of little value in this field as things change quicker than a class can be planned and taught. Keeping current is our biggest challenge and one of the things I enjoy most about the IT profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Setting up networks, PC repair (ie. virus removal, hard drive reformat), Data recovery from damaged hard drives, consulting/cost cutting.
