nothing to recommend but just to share my story. --- Fact evaluation: Progress tracked by Matt Johnson Trained by Marcin Grobelny (instagram- @grobelnym) Training Time - October 2016- June 2017 Training Intensity- three hour per week Aim- slim down, lose fat and lose weight. Life Outside Training (when I do not have session with trainer)- cardio (cardio), and 17 running races plus 1 bike event in 9 months (how I spent my lazy weekends). Life Outside Training (reality)- a Mon- Fri job that sit in front of the computer 9-6, sometimes weekday OT till late night, or might take my weekend too. Results- more toned up, people no longer say "it seems like you are a little bit less chubby" but "you look slimmer", ~5% fat ratio down. --- This week marks my last week with Chitown Trainer, it has been a very very great 9 month with Marcin that I did not only learn about workout move but also the psychological, health and nutrition, workout and recovery chapters that is totally a bonus to me. Marcin has been my very first friend in town and probably one that I meet most frequent out of all these time. I learnt about his education, and I believe his academic background and body building experience has made him a very unique trainer because he had been educating me in a all-rounded manner. As time goes, I started to learn more about my body and my mindset, as well as the key to stay consistent and balance through out my days. I eventually train harder and more frequent; and be more honest with myself about the diet and I have dropped my fat ratio through all the months. One thing that I did not expect to happen, is that I actually improved from 32min/5k to 27 min/5k in less than 4 months' time. I did not pick up any running training, I enjoy food fest in the new year, I had deep dish and (quite a lot of) cheat meal, but still, a 5 minute improvement in such a short distant run are actually all from the hard work from weight lifting with Marcin. I used to fear leg day as I started because lower body training back in middle school basketball time has bulk me up so much. However, now I start to love my leg days more -- and as a result I am getting a little big addictive with running as well, which I used to think it is super-very-extremely-so-boring. With the encouragement form Marcin, I actually run more than I thought I would. Counting back the weeks, I have nailed 18 city-events in 9 month's time. Given that Chicago is not my home city, this is definitely a life time PR. Meeting Marcin has definitely become a motion to get up early as we train at 0530 most of the time. As I am leaving Chicago, I would look forward to meet Marcin again with a more toned body to show off how I am able to apply things I learnt from him and all the hard work I put in even I am out of the country. --- Thank you Marcin!! :)
Searching in desperation I found my answer in Weightloss Transformations! My trainer Patrick is one of the most hardworking, supportive, inspiring people I've ever met. He is so much more then a trainer. He becomes an artist sculpting your body with personalized exercise routines. He is a therapist that changes the way you look at food, exercise and what you can achieve. His workout sessions are just as much for your mind as they are for your body. He gives you an easy to follow nutrition plan with new recipes to try every week. Coming to my house takes the issue of actually making it to the gym not an issue or excuse. Patrick is always there for me when I need him. He texts me to remind me to choose happiness that day which means to get my workout in or stops by with a green tea and a hug when I'm feeling down. He's always inspiring me to do better and believes in me when I don't believe in myself. Early on in the beginning of our training I wanted to cancel a workout because I was tired and wanted to stay in bed. I texted Patrick 20 mins before he was supposed to walk through my door saying I couldn't make the workout today. You'll never guess what he did.... he called my bluff and said that he knew I didn't have anything else I needed to do since I was canceling this short of notice! He told me to get out of my head, suck it up and he'd be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later he was walking through my door with a smile on his face. You may think that was a crazy move on his part but that was a turning point in our relationship. This is why he is my answer! This is why I haven't given up! Patrick won't let you fail! He is there to help you every step of the way. He invests everything into his clients which is why he is so successful in his transformations. I am down 30 lbs in just a short amount of time and feeling stronger, more energetic and healthy. Everyone around me makes comments on how good I look which hasn't happen in over 8 years. I'm wearing pre pregnancy jeans (comfortably) after 4.5 years of trying to lose all the weight I had gained with my son and never lost until now! I was depressed, fatigued, suffering from fibromyalgia, and so unhappy until I found Patrick. He's greatly improved my life for the better. I still have a long journey to go but now I know I can achieve my weight loss and life goals of being fit and healthy. Thanks to Patrick and his support. I started training with Dan at HiFi Fitness for straightforward reasons. After 2 sedentary winters in Chicago, I had gained nearly 30 pounds while taking "time off the gym" to start my business. We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. I cannot say enough awesome things about my trainer. I've been training with Chaun for almost two years now. He is professional, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Janet is an extremely knowledgeable trainer not only with the physical aspect of training but also with the nutritional aspect as well. She helps you to work at your own pace but also challenges you to do your best and push yourself that much harder! I think her training sessions are personalized to fit each individuals needs! I met Jenny about 7-8 months ago when she joined the HIIT training gym I had recently joined. Jenny has amazing knowledge about everything when it comes to working out & nutrition. I was VERY intimidated trying HIIT training but Jenny makes you feel comfortable while also pushing you to jump the next hurdle in your fitness journey. And she listens!! Sometimes I push myself too much all week & I at walk into my last class of the week and ask to just concentrate on my trouble areas and we DO!! I've gone from a size 12 to size 4/6 in less than 9 months- she's the best!!

I started training with Chris individually this past winter and started the bootcamps in the summer. Individually Chris it so easy to work with because he tailors your workouts towards your goals and abilities. Every time I worked with him it was kicked my butt, but was such a good workout that it made me want to come back again. As far as his bootcamps, he does a great job working a full group, but also making sure you personally are completing the workout correctly and pushing yourself to the max. Also Chris is very dedicated to his clients and is there for them if they have any questions whether it's workouts or diet. One more this about Chris, he is so incredibly easy going that when I started working with him I felt like I had worked with him for years. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a trainer whose passion is fitness and is willing to go that extra mile for his clients.

Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. Fuel your training workouts have been a super positive experience for me! My friend and I were working out with another trainer at the gym and the trainer suddenly stopped answering our calls. Vera and I are good friends and we use the workouts to push each other and connect on a weekly basis. FYT came to our rescue!! Linda and Johnny realized that what we need is a total body workout and proceeded to teach us about proper nutrition and habits. I am inspired each week to keep this up and further challenge myself the rest of the week Cardio Cardio Cardio !!! Linda is our primary trainer who is very informed and motivating! Johnny backs her up too . I greatly appreciate their professionalism and flexibility. I would recommend them to my best friends.
I contacted the GymGuyz because I'm serious about losing weight and getting in shape without having to go to a gym or use a bunch of large equipment. So far I've had 6 sessions and each session has been completely different, I have not repeated any exercises, which is great because I'm getting a full body workout every time, without having to repeat the same exercises. I feel like I am getting the most out of each session, because my trainer pushes me to my potential, something I could not do on my own. I'm doing this for results, and my trainer has designed a workout tailored to the results I want. My trainer is also very knowledgeable about fitness and eating healthy and is passing his knowledge onto me.
