I have been cooking and crafting dishes for years, I have a degree in Culinary Art, Pastry Art, and Culinology food science
My dishes are beautifully presented, staying true to nourishing and fresh ingredients. I am well versed in all dietary protocols from gluten free, to vegan, to traditional.
My dishes are unmatched and present beautifully. I use high quality product /ingredient and I let the food speak for itself.
All my menus are custom crafted to fit your style and taste and they are ever evolving.
I can do coursed plated dinners, buffet, and family style. I have a staff complete with chefs, skilled servers and bartenders.

chef Jamie’s food has always been amazing. She uses the best quality ingredients and all of her dishes have been outstanding. She has great variety in her meal plans and caters all allergies, sensitivities and specific tastes. I highly recommend her for both day to day help with meals and also for parties and events.
