Had a fantastic experience with Nerd Rangers. My college age daughter brought her Mac laptop home over thanksgiving break and it had major problems with starting up and being sooooo slow. I emailed Nerd Ranger and explained the problems. After reviewing to the problems they called and offered to come pick up the 5 year old Mac and see what they could do. Bottom line the laptop was corrupt with tons of viruses and memory issues. I got a all the next day saying they could fix the problem but it might be tricky and that they were confident they could resolve the issues. Well they did and it's running like new. Saving me thousands of dollars in replacement cost. I highly recommend theirs service. Best customer service experience I've had in years. Very fair pricing. An A++ rating from me. Nerd Rangers did a nice job. I sent snapshots of error codes and he knew right away what was happening. He immediately started working toward retrieving my files on a corrupt hard-drive. He explained what was happening and the progress being made.
