The Grand Trunk Events & Decors

The Grand Trunk Event and Decors did a beautiful balloon garland for my sister’s bridal shower and it turned out absolutely amazing! They were very accommodating and were able to recreate the exact picture I gave them. They had great communication and were right on time. We were so happy with everything and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Grand Trunk did a great job for my sons Wild One themes 1st birthday party. They showed up right on time and had everything up and ready to go in a short time. Very professional and the half arch looked just like i asked for

The grant trunk worked well for me. Mounika and her husband tried and did their best for my daughter’s twoti fruiti themed birthday ballon arch decorations . Will definitely recommend and hire them again

I hired this group for my sons first birthday with great hopes. I had option of selecting several other contractors who were very giving very much less quote with a lot of options as they have pretty good experience with our theme(little Dino). But I opted this group only because I was believed in their words. Problems I have faced: 1. Organic ballon arch provided has gaps in between I can post a pic of it as proof. It’s not organic to me.Has anyone seen a organic ballon arch which has gaps in between. It looked cheap for the amount I have paid. There was one confetti ballon in the middle of the arch which looked odd. 2. I have asked for dark colors like orange dark blue green etc but rarely I saw any dark colors. They might argue it’s because of the light from the window but what light can dominate dark ballon colors?? 3. Cake table decoration was average.. 4. Coming to the backdrop, it didn’t look like a Dino theme or anything. It looked like an Indian flag which has small Dino stickers printed on it. 4 small 4’*4’ dino stickers. 6. Coming to the center pieces. Again there is nothing on the center piece. No Dino confetti nothing. Just a running cloth and a Dino figure to which 5 small ballons have been attached. It looked so empty. I was promised ballons columns on each table by other contractors. 7. I was told they would fill the hall with ballons.. which was not the case.. I can show pics with proof there were max 8-10 ballons near the cake table & on floor.. 8. I specifically asked for dinousar ballons. they did get the Dino ballons but they were using a hair dryer to fill air into it.. seriously it dint even hold the air for 30 mins. They are supposed to be filled using helium gas. It was only for 2 ballons. 9. Wanted decoration at entrance. It was part of the deal but she was asking me there do you want decoration at the entrance or at the gift table. And we ended up getting 2 dino ballons with no air near the gifts table. 10. no value for the money. For the amount I paid the overall decoration looked so much less. All of my friends were of the same opinion. 11. I don’t see professionalism in their work, there is no research about the theme. Little Dino theme is different as dinosaur theme. Please listen to your client if you don’t know the theme. Sticking 4 colored dinosaurs in the backdrop is not little Dino theme. Overall I was disappointed very much as it was my sons first bday party and we had huge hopes on making it grand.
