We have been recognized as a Neighborhood Favorite by Nextdoor. Neighborhood Favorites is a unique business awards program based on positive recommendations from neighbors living in the local community. We have been recognized as a Top Rated and Elite provider by Home Advisor, the nation's largest online home improvement marketplace. These ratings are based on feedback from customers who have found us through the Home Advisor site. Again, many of our competitors have not received this honor. We have been Accredited and have an A+ rating with The Better Business Bureau. To be Accredited, we submit to a vetting process to determine that we meet the BBB accreditation standards, and we commit to making a good-faith effort to resolve any customer complaints. While our competitors may have a favorable rating, they are not accredited. They have not been subject to the same vetting process, nor have they made the same commitment to addressing any complaints should they arise. How do we achieve this? It is our people. Each of our technicians takes an ownership interest in their projects. We go out of our way to exceed your expectations every time. The work we do in people's homes is something they will see each day.
