- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a mid to high end remodeling company. While we try to remain competitive, providing quality work does not come cheap. Remember, you get what you pay for! We do offer senior and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first speak on the phone or through email, and after we get a better sense of what the customer is looking for, we set up a time to meet and look at the project. We love meeting new people and starting new relationships with customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through 2 years of building trades at mishawaka high school, as well as multiple building classes and courses.
