FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Educate/coach individuals in developing job search strategies; critique resumes to assure that they are attention getting and pass a variety of pre-screens; and educate/coach individuals about preparing for the interview (both phone screen and face-to-face); the interview process and what to expect and to avoid major pitfalls that can cost you the job. It's about finding the job, getting the interview, winning the job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many good job search services firms. Look for a firm that develops resumes on case by case basis and not "one size fits all." Look for free modifications if your resume seems not to be working. Use a firm with job search/interview coaching staff that have walked-the-walk.....with real situational experience and not just textbook approaches. Use a firm that stays current with market/employment trends. Less expensive is not always better so take time to understand what it is you get for your money. Do business with a firm that offers a money back guarantee if your reasonable expectations are not met........we are that firm.
