What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our projects have fixed pricing and others have time and material pricing. We ALWAYS give and honest appraisal and NEVER start work before you have approved the costs & details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking time to explain what we will be doing, how much it will cost, and developing a base line trust relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing and Contractor licenses and continued yearly education for RPZ testing requirements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Right after high school several years ago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Water heater leaks, shower pressure fix, drain and toilet clogs, outdoor faucets and sprinkling system tests. We have also done whole house re-pipe, outdoor gas lines for barbecue grills, water lines, diagnosis & repair of general leaks, water softener installation and a whole lot more!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a client who had 3 different plumbers come to their house to diagnose why the water heater was not working. We believe in follow through and helping customers diagnose with honesty step by step what is next in the quest for solving the problem. We communicate together as a team to get the job complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure any service provider you hire treats you with respect, listens, and explains exactly what will be completed.
