I've enjoyed Yoga classes by Anne for years. She provides a great class format that really flows well with helpful suggestions throughout the class and happily not too many suggestions/interruptions. Anne will generally lead class to make it easy to follow yet she also will walk around at times providing personal feedback and modifications. She provides a great atmosphere and encouragement for the study/practice/play of Yoga.

I highly recommend training with Anne. From yoga to core work to strength to posture/alignment. - she has expertise in all of it! Love her enthusiasm and emphasis on proper form too.

Anne Taft has been a personal trainer for a number of years. She exudes enthusiasm for personalizing her weekly program and is always on the cutting edge of what is appropriate and meaningful for me.
