I believe yoga is accessible to all! Whether you have no experience or are an advanced practitioner I am happy to help you expand your practice. My teaching style incorporates aspects of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga; however I am comfortable teaching multiple styles including: gentle, chair, Yin & restorative yoga and more vigorous power yoga or yogalates (optional weights & props used).
Experience deep relaxation with guided meditation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep). I use pranayama (breath), my study of Zen & meditation, and various other techniques to lead you to a calm state of deep peace.
I am also a certified Reiki master. Reiki treatments allow you to tap into the infinitely abundant universal energy available to us all. Having been known to help heal, relax, and revive the body. Reiki can also aid in helping you to feel more balanced and connected inside & out!
