Tom and Ardith catered our 40th wedding anniversary party. After discussing menu options, we chose pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, relish trays, and chips. The pork was BBQed to perfection, with many positive comments from our guests. Tom and Ardith were very accommodating on our choice of date for the party, which meant a lot to us. We had about 125 guests and had the perfect amount of food left over. The whole event went off without a hitch. The only thing we can think of that would've made our guests happier, would have been to leave the food out a little longer before they cleaned up. Some guests wanted more food as the night went on or arrived late, so we had to get some things back out for those guests. Our family had a wonderful evening and are very happy with what Tom and Ardith did for us. We would definitely use them again!
