Here to inspect AC/heating vents that were not performing well. Found the problem which was in the lower part of the furnace that needed cleaning. Mr. Mike cleaned that part and air flow improved greatly. He's knowledgeable, nice and does excellent work...highly recommended!

Though I live in Connecticut, I am originally from Waukegan, where my parents, who are in their mid-80s, still live. Whenever, I visit them, I try to ensure their house is in order – literally. While there in March, they mentioned they had a leak in their ceiling after a storm. The insurance adjuster who came said it was not major, but would require a roofer to make some seals around the vents on the roof. I looked around on the web and Loyola Roofing was one of three places I called. I really needed someone to come promptly as I wanted to get it taken care of before I returned to Connecticut. Phillip came out that weekend. He completed the job and afterward, he inspected the roof. While up there, he noted something the adjuster seemed to have missed: a big hole on the other side of the house near the roof-line where it appeared an animal had torn and gotten in. I was glad he spotted it. The pest control guy came out and said it was a squirrel. I learned a lot about squirrels beyond the creatures that grab acorns and scurry up trees. He set the traps and said he would be back in a week to check them. I would be gone by then. A week later, after the pest control guy collected the traps and completed his part in sealing the hole, we needed Phillip to return and do more work to replace the shingles and wood. Though I was in Connecticut, nearly a thousand miles away, Phillip kept me informed all along the way. When he encountered trouble matching the shingles to the house, he went to Chicago and found the shingles to match as close as possible to the original. When bad weather kept him from coming out on the day he was scheduled to complete it, he texted or called me. He was respectful, conscientious and understanding of my desire to ensure my parents had their repairs done. I would recommend Phillip to anyone who needed their roof repaired. We had a new roof and new gutters installed. The employees of American Bonded Xteriors arrived on time and with all the necessary supplies. When they removed the old roof they protected the side of our home as well as the neighbors home. The tear off went very smoothly and the clean up was outstanding! Our new roof went up quickly and looked great. We went with the suggestion from the owner of the company for the gutter color and design and it looks absolutely perfect. The workers were timely, neat and efficient. Our new roof and gutters make the house look updated and fresh. Absolutely recommend for the professional service and design help. The house looks great!

Adam and his team did a great job. They tore off two layers of old roofing, removed my chimney because I didn't need it anymore and installed a roof vent. Adam was more than wiling to work with me on matching the garage roof. He used excellent quality shingles. Everything was cleaned up extremely well. I am hoping to have Adam and his team back to install siding on my home. I have confidence they will do the best job.

Wow is all I can say! Karol came out on a Thursday to give me a quote on a roof deck custome wood wall, which was very reasonable. His team came out the following Monday and completed the project by Wednesday evening...efficiency cannot be overstated! The work product was of great quality and we are very satisfied. Glad we have found a reliable contractor!

we have hired CALI to replace an old sunroom by a new construction. It was a big job that took time but the result is great. Claudio and his team built a new room that is about 900 sf. large. They put a new roof with skylights, installed French doors and windows, new tiles and parquet floor and a wood burning furnace. As I said, it took and some patience on both sides but it was worth waiting. We are still working on finishing the interior but doing it on our own time. Thanks Claudio for a job well done at a very reasonable price too.
