Introduction: Bodyscape Fitness and Wellness is a full service health and wellness personal training studio focused on the needs of the affluent North Shore of Chicago IL. We are not only a gym but a wellness minded facility. There is an on staff Naturopath, ozone sauna, showers, natural personal care products and cleaning products are used, and there is a juice bar. The layout of the gym focuses on functional training, bodybuilding, cross-fit, as well as the average person that has health goals to reach. There is a beautiful contemporary lounge area, much like a night club, to engage members and create a draw to hang out as well as workout. Our mission is to create a clean, innovative, functional, holistic fitness center that meets the needs of members and all serious athletes, as well as, fitness enthusiasts while maintaining a motivational environment with a trendy urban retro feel. We are what you are not going to get from all the other training studios. I enjoy helping dedicated individuals achieve the success they deserve in their health by providing results based on research.
