FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone, set up a meeting to view the job and meet in person. Discuss in what is expected from both parties. Work needing to be done and compensation expected. If it will be an ongoing job. I usually offer a trial period that we can get to know each other and what is expected. Then I ask that we meet again to see if we still agree with the original plain or if things need to be adjusted to better meet the desires of each person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Service Master, I was IICRC certified in fire, odor control, water damage, and ultra Sonic's. As a house keeper I raised 4 children and 4 grandchildren. I have also worked with rental properties, and new home construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child my Mother taught me to clean up after myself. I was taught to leave thing in better condition than when you found them. I don't think I decided to start this kind of work. It just sort of came naturally, It just sort of happened. But I'm glad. It is who I am and I like being me.
