I liked the fact that there was flexibility in the menu. When my chefs and server arrived, I was put at ease by their professionalism. I really enjoyed my own dinner party.
To say that Mike and Derrick were amazing would be an understatement. They are friendly, personable and very talented chefs. The food was fresh, cooked perfectly and delicious beyond delicious. The presentation was gorgeous and they even cleaned up after. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again and again.
Tammy was our chef for an in-home dinner party on a Sunday afternoon in February. 12 adults, and all of us thoroughly loved the entire experience. All of our guests contacted us afterwards to say how much fun they had and how wonderful the food was. From the first contact, Tammy impressed me right away by providing a large menu of items to choose from in the various course offerings. It printed out to over 5 pages of appetizers, salads/soups, entrees, sides, and desserts. The hardest part was choosing, but it sure was nice to see so many choices as you want to accommodate 12 guests. We picked 4 appetizers, a terrific wedge salad with blue cheese/bacon dressing, prime rib, 3 side dishes, and her homemade turtle pie. The prime rib was perfect, and several said the turtle pie was the best dessert they'd ever had. My personal favorite was her prosciutto wrapped scallop appetizer.......wow they were fantastic. Tammy arrived 2 hours before our guests with every single thing needed to prepare the meal. Several bags of food, serving plates, various kitchen tools, mixer, fondue server, spices, milk/eggs, etc....... We used our own tableware and plates even though she offered to bring that as well. I was impressed with how clean she works, and when she left the kitchen was perfect. She even placed all the leftovers into ziplock bags for us to keep and reheat. I highly recommend Tammy for an in-home dinner party, and the next time we do this we'll hire her again.
Aram and Sarah were fantastic and they served up an awesome Mother's Day brunch. Aram's creativity, skill and professionalism was unparalleled. I have hired many many chefs for various occasions but I would say we enjoyed the food and camaraderie of this particular meal more than any of them. i would highly, highly, highly recommend Aram if you have a private event and you need the best! - Rich
Kirk is an AMAZING Chef and wonderful to work with. He has delivered weekly meals to us, as we are without a kitchen right now. My 10 year old has already asked if we could keep him even after the kitchen is done. We definitely will. I cannot say enough about his creative, delicious dishes. He also communicates weekly about the menu (and is open to modifications, if necessary) and is prompt with his deliveries. He prepares food to our diet (gluten free) and the fact that we want all of our foods organic, free range, etc. I look forward to continuing to work with Kirk for a long, long time.
Incredible chef & instructor/teacher! This was a surprise gift... I requested a higher end private chef dinner for my wife for a special occasion .... My wife is a scratch cook... When chef found out that my wife was a scratch cook and woukd be interested observing; he turned the personal chef experience into a cooking class that blew us both away! You have no idea how a true high end chef thinks & leverages their tools of the trade.... It is/was a learning experience my wife and I will ever forget... Chef is also very sharing regarding recipes and the like... And food is extraordinarily delicious for both of us; even though chef had to customize my dish due to a food allergy... I know that chef can cater; and will probably blow your guests away on any budget... And that using him for a private party of 2 with a "lobster" theme was expensive; BUT THE INTANGIBLES OF LEARNING TO COOK AND DINE AUTHENTIC GOURMET FOOD; MAKE THE EXPERIENCE PRICELESS! Chef is the best gift you can give your loved one(s) Hiring this Chef rivals any upscale restaurants' "chefs table" experience! Don't worry about your kitchen; he brings all the pots pans and the like.... If you have the means, you should put chef on your "bucket list" I will hire him again, wife's birthday coming up...
Our scholars are learning how to prepare easy recipes using fresh vegetables and fruits. Chef Karen has done an excellent job introducing our scholars to the proper techniques of chopping vegetables, mixing ingredients and creating mouth watering dishes. She has our younger scholars learn to create their own easy to mix tasting. Our scholars cooked up some delicious Tomato Soup. They chopped the vegetables themselves and were able to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

As a fellow event and catering professional, Feast and Imbibe did stellar job of amazing my guests. Recently, Heather and Chef D'Andre created an amazing menu and wine pairings for my baby shower, an intimate dinner for 12. As my guests walked in Heather was offering the champagne we decided to serve and Chef and his team were busy in the kitchen working on plating the passed apps, D'Andre's signature Chicken and Waffle bites! OMG!! Throughout the six course dinner the F& I team was the height of professionalism. Not to mention each course Chef created was mindbendingly delicious! My guests were both satisfied with portion sizes and some woke up the next day craving more! We dined on a beautiful deconstructed salad, smoked salmon, duck confit, olive oil poached salmon and my favorite...lamb belly!! For dessert Chef created a S'more Bomb that was "smoked" with vanilla bean and once cracked open revealed the gender of my baby!! My guests laughed and screamed with delight! Even adults love playing with their food!! I can't wait to use F&I again!!
Where do I begin with how amazing Kristen was? I requested the assistance of a server to simply help refill the buffet at our event. Kristen went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish. She arrived early and brought all sorts of little tricks of the trade to make my party amazing ie. drink and food garnishes, miniature forks, and even a few mixers for drinks. She put together an amazing cheese platter that everyone was talking about. She made everyone feel welcome and there was never a moment where I worried about a thing - she was always on top of things. From watching if anyone need anything - to cooking more when we were running low - she even cleaned up the kitchen and stayed much longer then I told her I would need her. I have given her name to many people and I can't imagine having an event without her help. After learning that she is an amazing chef, I look forward to having her cater all of our future events. I am definitely one of the pickiest people you'll ever meet and don't typically write these reviews - so if I've gone through this much, you can only imagine how amazing Kristen truly is.
Chef DiMaria made a golf group of 10 a WONDERFUL dinner. The menu consisted of antipasto, salad, lasagne, chicken vesuvio, and cannoli. Wine and Sambuca was included in the price. The food was FABULOUS!! Frank did all of the clean up. It was a great way for a group to have a casual evening of fine food and socializing. It was one of the many highlights of our trip. I would do this again in a heartbeat.
Chef Mikey was great to work with. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I already have a date set for our next event!

Taryn is a well organized, professional, and highly talented chef. Her food is fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious! She knows how to make healthy yet decadent food, but if you want to experience the full range of her cooking, let her use butter! I've used her for my last two dinner parties and will not go back to catering or any other private chef again. She has them all beat.
