Jamal is a kind, thoughtful professional. Although we did not move forward with this particular project, I still recommend him. He called promptly to set the appointment, arrived ahead of schedule, asked good questions, took notes, pictures and video to ensure he had the details necessary to prepare an accurate quote. To top it off, he provided not one, but three estimates with various levels of service for my consideration.
