Customer was not there when we arrived. We waited in driveway for about 25 minutes. When we got into the house, we see that every room is filled with dust from some sort of remodeling or construction project. We were not told that we would be cleaning up after a remodeling project. Blinds, window treatments and used paint cans were piled in the middle of the floor. Customer says to move them to backyard. We did not because rain was forecast and not part of our duties. A child was present who repeatedly asked to help us clean up and was picking up the cleaning supplies and equipment. We gently asked the child to stop touching the supplies and equipment and directed the child to rejoin her mother downstairs. We tried to explain to customer that to clean dust after remodeling was not a quick task because you have to repeatedly go over the floor and use special products to get the shine. We offered to use the products we had but she declined and rushed us out. I apologized that she was unhappy with our pace but cleaning up dust after a remodeling project is time consuming.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our minimum is charge $80. We offer a 10% discount to seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer a free estimate. We make an appointment if customer wants service. We want a $50 deposit to secure an appointment and balance is due at least 24 hours before appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I managed a self service laundromat with a wash and fold service for 11 years. I supervised 2-6 workers.
