- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to fit a range of event sizes, starting at $350 for smaller events with up to 50 guests, and $700 for events with 75 guests or more. We believe that our clients should only pay for the services they need, so we offer a variety of customizable options and packages to fit every budget. No matter the size of your event, we are dedicated to delivering a high-quality, professional mobile bar experience that is sure to impress your guests and leave a lasting impression.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us, we first listen to their needs and goals. We then provide a customized proposal that outlines our mobile bar options, pricing, and services. Once the proposal is accepted, we work with the client to determine the best bar design and cocktail menu that will fit their event theme and style. On the day of the event, our professional and experienced bartenders will arrive early to set up the bar and prepare the ingredients for the cocktails. During the event, we make sure that every guest is served with our signature style and grace. After the event, we break down the bar and leave the space as clean as we found it. Throughout the entire process, we prioritize clear communication, attention to detail, and exceptional service to ensure that every event is a success.
