About this pro
I avoided going back to the gym or getting a new trainer since my first trainer moved out of state. I am so happy I met and have been working with Steve. Steve is wonderful at listening to your goals and aspirations. He pushes you in just the right away that you are willing to try and pretty much always surprise yourself. This has been great for building back my confidence and determination. He is extremely knowledgeable. I ask a lot of annoying questions about which muscles are doing things and why. He is always patient and answers them. I never remember the answers because I pay him to know this stuff! I would never push myself as much as I do when I work out with Steve. I always have fun when I'm at the gym with him. Working with a trainer has helped me continue making slow and steady progress and choices that lead to a healthier life. If you are looking for an understanding, committed, and knowledgable trainer, Steve's a great choice. Just remember, I call dibs on Sunday mornings.Mar 4, 2015
Steve is an excellent trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get fit, get strong and feel good. He not only listens to your goals but makes sure he's helping you to get there every step of the way with physical and nutritional advice. His sessions place a lot of focus on form, which instills a quality set of fundamentals, but he's never afraid to shake things up which makes for a fun and ultimately rewarding workout. Steve pushes me to work harder with every session and I always walk away with something new learned about fitness and about my own body's capabilities - which is something I think every trainer should strive for. On top of his expertise, he's a great guy that won't badger you for the occasional slice of pizza or burger - he'll just provide great encouragement to get back on the horse.Mar 2, 2015

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a Certified Personal Trainer from NASM not only am I required to continue my education, I want to. I love learning about new exercises and ways to improve movements to design better workouts that fit the needs of my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started my weight loss journey a few years ago and after getting my diet in check I worked with a trainer for a little under a year. I fell in love with working out and fitness that I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Now I get to help others achieve their goals.
