Introduction: I have 20 years experience building homes and doing high level finishes and I know how to build out a space with the end result in mind. I can tackle just about any project large or small with energy and creativity. Budget building is important to me and I work off an open book with my clients for transparency sake. I really like seeing a finished space. Tile finishes and millwork are my favorite.

Just had Jeremy at Bradley Built do a large project for me in a 2200 SF commercial space. He knocked down some walls, removed flooring, did some minor electrical work and actually introduced us a to another vendor to finish off some drywall and painting work. He has just been amazing to work with. He was ALWAYS in communication with us and even helped us go back and forth with our Building Association on getting our project(s) approved. He really went above and beyond. He sent us daily update photos of our space so we could track progress. If anything came up that he thought we should know about he called us right away to clarify what we wanted done. We could not ask for more. We even met a few of his workers in our space and they were delightful as well AND Jeremy was hands-on with the whole project, he wasn't just subcontracting our work out. We were very impressed and will definitely be using Jeremy at Bradley Built in the future. This was a large project in our eyes, and Jeremy really made the process a breeze for us.

I had Jeremy complete my bathroom remodel and I can't be happier with the outcome. I had several other contractors give me quotes but Jeremy was by far the most professional. He was very informative throughout the entire process and definitely knows what he's talking about. The finished project was exactly what I had in mind. I asked four handymen to give me a quote on a few repairs I needed done around the house. Jeremy got back to me quickly, with a lower quote than the others. We set up an appointment, then he had me send pictures of what I needed done. When he arrived a few days later, he came with the materials to do the project . It was done quickly and efficiently and looks great. The entire process could not have been any easier and I will definitely use him again .

We price a la cart and a client can feel free to nip and tuck as they see fit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with budget building. Working on the details of finding out what they are trying to achieve as the end result and building a budget around that. We work to create a work schedule that they are comfortable with; including milestones, jobsite rules, and hours of operation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bradley built started out as a millwork company only; later branching off into Home Building and General Contracting company. 20 years of field experience has been pretty educating.
