Dr. Fitness, Mike, is a very knowledgeable trainer, who tailors your fitness program to your needs...a good thing, as I'm over 70. Mike's fitness program for you is dynamic, and is continually fine tuned, as he gains insight into your goals, and your needs based on what he sees by working with you, and discusses with you. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In general, I charge $75 a session to travel to my clients and $50 per session to train at my studio. Prices are always negotiable and will vary depending on frequency of sessions, number of sessions, individual versus group, and scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I evaluate every customer in terms of their upper body and lower body strength, body fat and cardiovascular assessments. I give them objective assessments. We devise nutritional, weight lifting, and cardio programs to address their goals and regularly assess their progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I write a blog and am constantly reading the newest research to offer my opinion on fads, facts, and mysteries of people's health.
