Introduction: I’ve been a trainer for 10 years with a degree in exercise science, 20 up to date certifications, and a license in functional medicine. I’ve trained well over 500 different clients from athletes, celebrities, to those who struggle in the area of mental/emotional health. I’ve helped a number of people ween off certain medications (doctor approval) through specialized sound therapy plans, nutrition plans, and supplement plans. I do 1 on 1 personal Yoga/meditation sessions as well as reflexology. I also do personal exercise therapy sessions with the elderly and those who are recovering from injuries. And I do 1 on 1 personal training, online training and group training. My passion in health and wellness is off the charts and nothing brings me more joy than to transform the mind, body, and spirit of my clients.

If you're looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, creative, and caring personal trainer, your search is over. Call Inner Eye Fitness now. Bobby worked with my father twice a week for about a year. My father has Lewy Body Dementia and before he started seeing Bobby, he was declining fast and very demoralized. Bobby not only got my Dad in tiptop shape, he also gave him newfound purpose and motivation, as they formed a genuine friendship and spiritual bond. Bobby helped improve his diet, recommended supplements, and was extremely prompt in his communication with me anytime there was a question or concern. While they were working together, my father declined very little, and physically he was able to achieve things I would have thought not possible, like jogging 3 miles. His mood also improved, and everyday he would ask, 'When's Bobby coming?' Bobby has a ton of certifications and seems to be extremely well-rounded in his knowledge of personal training. He truly focuses on the whole person, and if you're lucky enough to work with him, he'll change your life. Given the quality of service he provides, I would say his prices are a steal. He put in a lot of extra time, and every 3 months he would prepare a video for the family, documenting their journey. There's always so much bad news to share when a family member has a degenerative disease, and it felt so good to share the videos of Bobby and my father working out and finally have some good news to report. Bobby made such a big difference in our family's life and I am so grateful that the universe chose to pair us up together, even if for just a short time.

My Husband and I found Bobby during a very stressful time in our life with a lot of change. Bobby showed up, gave 120%, is genuinely one of the kindest and most selfless people and is extremely knowledgeable. Bobby constructed amazing workouts to achieve our goals, is aware of all things nutrition, hormones, meditation, and is always learning more to provide his best. He went over and above changing our game plan multiple times when our lives changed. He provided workouts when traveling or when we had to last minute cancel , changed nutrition plans when I decided to cut certain foods, and even supported me when we became pregnant! We will forever have a place in our heart for Bobby, he is one of a kind and after working with many other trainers in the past he truly did more than any other trainer would have ever provided.
