What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Individual nutrition coaching sessions begin with a comprehensive health history assessment along with a review of current food patterns, lifestyle, lab testing, medications, and supplements. We will be setting realistic goals and action plans along with expectations for achieving long term success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
