Introduction: I've got everything dating back as far as the 50's to present day. I mix the music up so that every age group can have just as much fun as the next. Once that dance floor is full it stays that way until the night is over!!! I promise to make it a night you'll never forget and leaving your guests wanting more!!! I never claim to be the best, just claim to know what I'm doing in making the right music selections for your hearing pleasure. I'm young, motivated, determined, and I know my music!!! That's too obvious, the music of course!!! But next to that is seeing that dance floor so jam packed with people dancing and having a great time. They hear that song or beat and the music grabs hold of them and takes them off to their own world. I would never want to imagine what the world would be like without music. Music has the ablity to liberate you, even define you in some ways, it can put you in a groove and theres nothing in the world that can stop you! Music is and always will be my love and passion!!

Music is such an important factor in a wedding and can either make or break the party. I have been to plenty of wedding's where no one danced because the DJ was horrible. Well this was not the case with DJ Pin Cushion! Our wedding reception is exactly how we dreamed it would be - fun fun fun!! Nick did an awesome job DJ'ing. He played everything we (bride & groom) requested, had fun with our introductions, and played music that fit our crowd. Our guests complimented him and loved that he played such a variety. Prior to the wedding, Nick followed up with us to ensure he had all the songs we wanted and that he could pronounce our wedding party's names correctly. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He also arrived 5+ hours early in order to set up and double check the sound and equipment. This really put us at ease knowing that he was going above and beyond for our special day! My husband and I chose some fun & different introductions and we loved that Nick had fun with it and didn't read it with a monotone voice. We also requested some Spanish music and he was sure to download it. I would definitely recommend Nick (DJ Pin Cushion) for any event - he has very reasonable prices too! Thanks again Nick!

We absolutely loved Nick! While looking for a DJ we came across so many people who cost a fortune, when we found DJ Pin Cushion we were apprehensive because he costs were so low. Don't let that fool you! He was amazing! He was very attentive to the bride and groom months before the wedding, the week leading up he checked in with us, double checking music and names. The day of the wedding we asked for a few more things and he was able to do it on the spot, we cut stuff out and he had no issues with it. It took requests from us and the guests. One guest requested a not so great song, Nick saw that people were leaving the dance floor, so he quickly faded it out and moved to the next song. He is great at reading the crowd! We had so many compliments about how great the music was. If you want a DJ that is attentive, flexible, reliable, and charges was less that what he deserves he is right for you! :) We could not have been more pleased with our experience with him.

DJ Pin Cushion was amazing for us as the DJ for our wedding reception. He was recommended to my husband and I by a friend of ours, and I was shocked that every song I wanted to play...he had, and if he didn't have it he was willing to down load it so he would have it for our day! So super nice, and did just a stupendous job! I would deffinately reccomend him to anyone!

If you are looking for a DJ who will really cater to your needs and preferences, this is the DJ for you! He cares about everything from the smallest details to the most important ones! My husband and I were very satisfied with his DJ services he provided. Sound/ noise control was very good also! His price was a very reasonable rate too!! I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a DJ for whatever event they are planning!

Dj pin cushion did our wedding and went above and beyond our expectations. He really catered not only to us but our guests as well. Aside from the few requests we had made he knew exactly what to play that would fit our group perfectly. I would and do reccomend him to anyone who needs a dj. He really was part of making our night very special and alot of fun!

What types of customers have you worked with?
It varies throughout the year. But I'm available for any event, big or small. For the last several years I've been receiving more and more bookings for Weddings and I love it. Nothing more stressful or demanding then a Wedding, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love a good challenge!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In an economy that has thrown us every which way but up, your going to find others in my profession that will practically work for peanuts. Great for you, not soo much for us. However just because their the cheapest doesn't always mean your getting what you pay for no matter how little you have paid!! I've been a DJ for 9 years, not even close to others I know, but I have a passion for music and love having fun with it, but with that said there are always costs(Repairs/Maintenance, Travel expenses etc.). I have sat back and watched other DJ's perform and could not believe the ridiculous amounts they were charging owners for a crowd, that for a lack of a better word uninterested or better yet unsatisfied!!!! If your looking for a DJ for whatever the event, shop around call all the local DJ's you can in your area and out of your area. Ask them plenty of questions, ask to meet them. You want to find someone that has the spunk and personality that will get your guests up out of their seats and on the dance floor from start to finish. Chance's are they may not be the very cheapest but they will make sure you never forget your event!!!
