I hired Carol to cook for my 30th birthday dinner!. Carol is an amazing chef and was so nice to be around. We put together an Italian themed menu and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend her for any occasion!!

What an amazing experience! From the planning to the execution the whole process exceeded my expectations. I had a small dinner party of 8. I selected three appetizers, a salad, and entree and dessert. Every one of the courses had the most beautiful presentation and were all delicious. The amount of food was well worth it. I would highly recommend Food with Flair they were incredible.

Carol was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive and professional, starting with our very first message and carrying through our dinner party. On the light of the event, we knew we were in great hands the entire time, and were able to sit back and relax knowing that a professional was running the show. Also - Carol and her wonderful server Sue left our kitchen immaculate. A huge plus. Highly recommend.

Carol was great answering all my questions and she immediately prepared some menu suggestions. At the last minute a few hours before the start of the event, we discovered that one guest who was coming in from out of town did not eat beef...so I made a quick call to Carol and she immediately suggested I pick up a nice piece of Salmon and she made that for him ... he was thrilled when he saw that she made a special accommodation for him. Morgan, her assistant was also great ... she was young but very professional also... I was impressed by her ability to serve and pour wine during dinner and efficiently remove plates when people were finished eating each course. When dinner was over a couple of us walked into the kitchen and it truly was spotless! All in all I would highly recommend Carol for your event!

    We do not. Each party is customized so we cost out the menu once complete and price accordingly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We first talk with the client and listen to what they are looking for. After we know what the client wants we make menus with options for the client to decide on. After they decide we draw up an event order that also serves as a contract once signed

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Attended Johnson & Wales culinary school, 22 years as an Executive chef at hotels, resorts and restaurants. Most recently I am the Executive Chef for catering and events for the Shedd aquarium.
