I’ve been in the industry a long time, I don’t offer discounts because I know the quality of service will exceed expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ALWAYS starts with a needs assessment. I screen the clients movement to look for strengths, weaknesses, or movement competitions. From there I select the appropriate exercises for the clients needs/goals. After that we dove into nutrition and tracking to make sure we are on the right path regardless of the goal is to lose weight, or gain muscle. Nutrition is crucial.
