- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an uncontested fee of $1,600 for divorce cases which includes all fees and costs for the client and up to one court date if there is an agreement on ALL issues that need to be dealt with in your case. Otherwise, I quote an initial retainer based upon the complexity of the case billed at an hourly rate of $250/hour non-court time and $275/hour court time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with you on the phone and can usually give you a quote on the phone unless it is an unusually complicated case. Or we can set an appointment and I can meet you at one of my offices in Orland Park, Oak Brook, or downtown Chicago
