- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are very simple. They are all inclusive and competitively priced. Customized quotes can be requested by phone or by going to our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact is usually by phone or email. I always offer a no-cost, no-obligation in person consultation to establish a personal relationship and hopefully develop a "chemistry" with the client. I then try to schedule at least one more "touch base" conversation either in person again or by phone just to make sure both parties are on the same page and none of the pertinent details of the event have changed. This meeting or conversation is usually held about 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I read trade publications and attend events that further my knowledge of what is current and popular in the industry as well as articles on how to be better at what we do. (you are never too accomplished or experience to learn or gain fresh perspective in your field of endeavor, no matter how experienced you are or how long you have been practicing your craft.)
