Introduction: Most "trainers" do not have the proper knowledge of the human body to teach safe and effective form. Injuries are set backs you should never have to deal with due to your trainers neglect. My background with Physical Therapists and certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Posture Institute have allowed me to coach high intensity workouts in a safe and effective manner to your maximize results. There is nothing more gratifying then helping others. When it comes to joint issues I understand how we take our bodies for granted until something is wrong. No one should have their mind limited by their body. I take great pride in allowing my clients to live their lives the way they intended to.

Jon was amazing. I had been inactive for almost 2 years with no strength or stability due to foot issues. He encouraged me to not worry about what I couldn't do but to take each week and build upon on how much more I could do. I feel stronger than I have in years as he taught me how to strengthen my core so that I wouldn't hurt myself. Jon was there for me to make me feel better. He didn't just go thru the motions. As an older adult, it's easier to think you can just do what you used to do when you were 20 years old. Jon helped me to to take it it at the pace I needed to to build my strength without hurting myself. Not easy to do.

I came to Jon with an objective of training for the CPAT for my career in fire fighting. Jon took the initiative and researched what the test was and came up with a specific plan to mimick the test. Great trainer, very professional, goes out of the way to help.

I have been working with Jon for almost two years. Initially, our goal was to increase my leg strength for scuba diving. However, Jon is all about personalizing training for his clients. Now, as we work to maintain my leg strength, he has developed a functional strength program for me that includes core work and stability. Jon is knowledgeable and constantly works to stay up to date on best practices in his field. I highly recommend his services.

Jon - is a secret fitness ninja that excels in the rehabilitation space. I started working with Jon when my runners knee was unhealable and I needed to trying something new to remedy it. Jon set me on the right path - strengthening my hips and core and pushing me to progress slowly and get stronger. Now, with collaborative fitness goals in place, we are hitting it hard to increase muscle and remain strong. I recommend Jon for anyone looking to change their game and break the routine.

I have been working with Jon for two and a half years. He has done a great job keeping this old body in motion! He is particularly good at working with me to identify on-going needs and adjusting what we do to address them. He is constantly looking for ways to keep workouts interesting. He also reaches out to share ideas or videos that he comes across which will be helpful to me.
