He cut my grass, then decided to tell me that I would be charged more due to the overgrown grass. The people that cut my lawn last year never said anything and I only called them once a month. In my conversations with him he never disclosed there was an extra fee for overgrown grass, nor did he tell me what determines overgrown grass. Then, they cut my lawn too low, there are grass clippings in my mulch, and dirty tire tracks on my walkway and sidewalk. Needless to say, not using them ever again.May 11, 2017VerifiedRussell M.'s reply
This was the first cut of the year and it was almost a foot tall and this customer never told us this. The reason why it is all brown is because it was so tall and it was the first cut of the year. We started cutting lawn this season since April 1st of this year and you ask us to start biweekly service in May. Why didn't you show pictures of the back lawn because you know that the lawn in the back looked good and you didn't want to show the good parts of your lawn. Also your neighbors came out and thanked us for cutting your lawn cause it was out of control. The neighbor also told us you were trying to control your lawn but they didn't know how you were controlling your lawn when it was wild and out of control. We had 3 guys there for over an hour to take care of this mess. If you want nice lawn then you need to take care of it meaning cut it more than once a month.... the people you had last year would not come back because lawn care provides know that lawns need to be done more than once a month
