- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually have to assess the event/shoot before I can price it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to know clients through social media and text/phone calls. Also, if they would like to grab a coffee and talk about their session or event coming up I am happy to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Graphic Design. I also have been an artist since I was a child. It comes naturally to me.
