This company is amazing! Konrad was my trainer for 5 months and he challenge me to work hard and change my eating habits, and because of him I feel amazing with the transformation of my body. Now im training with Peter and hes also amazing he makes our work out a lot of fun and he is able to work around my schedule. I never kick boxed before but since Pete has introduced me to kick boxing its my favorite work out and ive noticed great results from it! I really recommend either Peter or Konrad they are both intelligent men who will both push you to amazing results!
After 6 short weeks working with the Higher Level Fitness team, Sonni, Hristo and the excellent technical support of Patti, I have experienced some remarkable life-altering transformations! After two weeks I kept hearing my 8th grade students say, what's different, Mr. Krambeer? After 3, they saw the difference. Now, just over 6 weeks and 25 pounds later, I'm climbing the stairs with ease, I'm not exhausted midday; my Dr. has cut several meds in half and is delighted with me and intends to refer patients like me to HLF! I'm so stoked about the changes that I have signed up for a year! Yes, it's a serious investment, but one whereby proactively engaging in my health now will most likely prevent the serious health issues my trajectory had set me on. HLF is not just a gym, there is a level of personal interaction, independent focus on each member's history and need, which guides this amazing team. Member's are not just patrons, but friends. There are great folks of all sizes and shapes, each working our hardest and all of us, changing our lives. Thanks to HLF, I feel 15 to 20 years younger! I know I am in charge! I know they have guided me to a higher level of fitness and I am thankful for all they have done.
Adult mma classes, when I first heard that term it scared me. I am a tiny person with no fighting background what so ever. I was simply a curious person looking for a fun workout, my therapist had suggested boxing classes and as I was looking for boxing gyms near me, victory mma Naperville location appeared. I entered their website and got offered a two week free trail which I found pretty awesome. Who doesn't like free things. When I walked in on my first day not knowing anyone in there I was really nervous and scared ready to walk right out but I was received with open arms like I was a lost friend who found my way back home. Everyone was extremely nice and so willing to help me understand everything. The work out is amazing I leave there feeling like a new person. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout with some of the most amazing people. When they say that everyone in there is like a family it's an understatement. You walk in and feel nothing but love. It's truly a great stress reliever not only do you get a great physical workout but you get a great mental workout too. My physical and mental state have improved so much since I started going and everyone around me is noticing a big change in my character, I'm a lot more calm and easy going instead of always being angry and hateful. Stop by and check it out you won't regret it.
A gym Danny was previously employed at paired me up with him as my trainer. I signed up there after spending two years at a boxing gym. My goal at the time was to incorporate more strength training into my routine, but continue boxing from time to time as that is a workout I truly enjoy. Ive been training with Danny now for almost a year. Prior to working with him, I had a lot of mixed feelings about working with a Personal Trainer. I no longer feel that way. Ive done strength training, boxing, kickboxing, and circuits with Danny. He continues to help me break bad habits I developed from my previous boxing gym. Im never bored with my PT sessions, I actually look forward to them and that is very important if youre just starting off making a lifestyle change, or continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In June 2015, Danny put me up to a challenge to lose 6 lbs before my next weigh in with him, and with hard work and determination, I lost 8 lbs that month! This was after bouncing around the same weight for the past few years. This gave me the motivation to participate in a 90 day challenge at my gym, which led to me getting back down to my High School weight from 20 years ago. I highly recommend Danny has a trainer. His work with clients isnt just a job to him, its a passion. He brings a lot of experience and expertise; he has an awesome personality, is extremely positive, and wants to help you succeed.
I've worked with a fair amount of trainers over the years. My Bootcamp Coach is at the top of my list. He tailors every workout to my goals, pushes me in a positive, productive way, and is an excellent $ value. On top of that, he's true professional...sadly you don't find enough in this line of work. Punctuality and professionalism are prerequisites to me working with anyone in one-on-one settings and he truly exceeds my expectations. For anyone that is goals oriented with their fitness and wants that individual attention to their workout, I'd highly recommend working with My Bootcamp Coach.

I am 25 pounds lighter and fabulous!! Thanks to Valencia's health and wellness plan, I feel confident that my weight loss goals can be achieved. She is an excellent health coach and motivator. Not to mention, the Kick Boxing Class is the Bomb!! With a combination of exercise and healthy eating I lost 25 pounds towards my goal of losing 75 ponds. I still have 50 pounds to go, but feel more confident in my abilities to achieving it. Sincere Thanks!
I started training with Lauren after I broke my foot last July. I knew I wanted to keep up with my exercise routine and work around my injury. She designed work-outs for me paying particular attention to my injury. I decided to continue my training with her because of the variety of the work-outs. They are never the same. Her latest has been boxing which is something I have never done before. I have always had some sort of exercise plan in place whether it was group classes or exercising with a friend. I find my time spent with Lauren has been most beneficial. She keeps you focused and working hard at all times.
I love my Personal Trainer, Brian. I am VERY particular about Trainers. I always pick one by watching them work with their clients. I assess the results of their clients and their own personal results. A Trainer needs to look like a trainer. Brian is one of the best. He is not a chatter box. He is quietly effective and he means business. He focuses on your form, pushes you tirelessly, changes the workout constantly to confuse my body, and has helped me become more stable (I used to trip and fall all the time, weird, I know). My results have been the best testimonial. I have lost 30 pounds and 6 inches around the waist with Brian. My whole body has trimmed down. My whole goal was to have a more lean body, not buff or overly muscular. He tailors my workout for my needs. It is funny, because I get asked about my Trainer every few days. He truly is the best. I can't say enough things about him. I hired Brian 3 years ago. It's one of the best gifts I have given to myself. I go to him 3 times a week, which I recommend.
I come into Title every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the 5:30pm boxing class. Everytime I'm greeted so well and taken care of by Cristian! I've been a member for almost a year now and relocated to the South Loop location from the West Loop because I work nearby at a law firm. He is very respectful and makes sure everyone is taken care of even those who are taking their first class and need help wrapping their hands. Young but talented!
Justin gives you the tools and direction to meet your fitness goals. He motivates you to push yourself to do just one more rep or set when u don't think you can. That is what separates him from the rest.
Alex came recommended by another respected trainer. I had a specific goal in mind and Alex took the time to review, plan, and execute, a workout regiment to help me achieve it. Staying fit is important to me as I am in law enforcement. Alex not only met, but greatly exceeded my expectations. Alex also keeps things varied and fun with kettlebells, weighted staff, and boxing techniques. He is also very knowledgeable on proper nutrition. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a quality trainer. He's the real deal and one of the best out there. Chimp Squad!
Andrew is amazing, he can really show and teach interesting kicks and boxing. His training increases endurance.
Confidence building and empowering are just a couple of the rewards for taking up boxing. It's a good thing to know that you are now able to meet any physical challenge. Boxing combines every athletic skill there is. If you are involved in another sport, boxing will enhance your ability at that sport. I experienced this firsthand myself. Vigorous sports like boxing also stimulate the mental side as studies have proven. You don't have to compete in the ring; the workouts are challenging enough.
You will learn proper punch mechanics, foot work and balance. This is real hardcore Boxing training from a real Boxing coach with years of experience. The training is tough to build you into fighting shape and strengthen the mind to be stronger. No fancy equipment just real no nonsense training, no shiny fancy equipment and more grit bare bones training, this is the real thing.
I train amateur and professional boxers and also provide personal training in nutrition, cardio and strength training.
I will push you to your limits, and they are often further than you think.
My Clients enjoy the training methods and learning new techniques to stay focus and in-shape.
I am a former fighter turned into a personal trainer. I used boxing and plyometrics to help beat up body fat. 30 minute sessions 2-3 times per week is what I suggest for best results.
Me and other trainers at Title Boxing Club teach boxing, kickboxing classes and personal training for any fitness goals! I'm currently an active fighter practicing boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and strength and conditioning.
