I trained with Patrick for just over 2 years and made great progress in my weight loss. Patrick is a motivator and always kept me in check. If you have the will to make a change in your lifestyle and need a great coach, trainer and friend - look Patrick up and schedule a time to meet. You will not be disappointed.
Very pleased so far!! I just hope my son takes full advantage of the coaching. Coach Pat instantly demonstrated that he really understood what was going on.
Ellen perfected my resume and exceeded all expectations. I am preparing for a huge career change and she assisted greatly with providing all the beginning tools to do so. Ellen assisted me with my resume, Linkeden, and cover letter. She was very prompt and always was on top of wanting to help out! Could not asked for anyone better to assist me and was beyond pleased with the final result!
I got in touch with Andrew and this company when I needed help to achieve my future career goal as a police officer. Andrew is flexible with scheduling and will do what he can to make it work your schedule as best as he can. The workouts are personalized to what you are in need of and what your personal goal is. As for the workouts themselves, they are intense as well as informative. Andrew does a good job explaining the reason for the workout and what it will benefit. Overall the work that i have put in with Andrew has definitely been a pleasure. -Joe
Wendie was an excellent tutor. Easy to schedule with and found a time and convenient location close to home. My son's score went up several points from the first time he took the ACT (before tutoring). His Reading score had a big increase send his math score went up dramatically too. My son mentioned that the tutoring also helped him in his math class at school. I would definitely hire Wendi again.
I worked with Charles on looking at making a career change. He was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. I have already recommended them to multiple individuals.
I can't thank Amanda enough for helping me find my way during a difficult time. I was laid off from my job and completely unsure where I wanted to go next. The thought of returning to my industry (insurance) was dreadful...and then I got the idea of finding a career coach to help me figure it out. In comes...Amanda! She was incredibly empathetic and thoughtful the entire time. The process totally worked for me, as I went back to school for graphic design (part time) and moved to the creative industry. Thank you thank you a million for showing me what was inside of me! Amanda is a gem...run to her if you need help!
Roy Boxill is a very good coach. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a life coach. He is very attentive and courteous. If I could give him more stars I would.
I have been stuck in the same job for the last 5 years as a mid-level manager. I'm wasn't sure if there was hope for me to move to the next level in leadership. Letta was really responsive and quick to help me outline a strategy that should work well. We'll be meeting a couple times a month for coaching sessions where we'll work on mock interviews and leadership scenarios to help me gain more skills that will impress my bosses. This really seems like it's going to help me out of my rut!
As a spiritual life coach, Larry is both sensitive and smart, exuding a contagious reverence for the Holy, while embodying so seamlessly the art of finding the sacred in everyday life. I highly recommend working with him in the realm of life coaching and spiritual direction, if you have the opportunity to benefit from his innate insight!
You will not find a personal trainer who cares more about you then Steve! He really kicked it up to get me into shape for summer. Steve is like that tough coach that pushes you hard, but is still fun!!! Highly recommend!!!!! Natalia Trybula

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a social worker for over 25 years. I have worked with many different populations. I love seeing change in people. It fulfills me to be a part of the change process. I have added Life and Parenting Coaching to my practice in the past 5 years. Coaching is highly motivating. It is typically a shorter term, faster paced process than counseling. A little about me.....I am a special needs adoptive parent. I have four children by adoption. Three of my children have special needs. I have experience navigating the special education system, residential placement system, in-patient hospitalizations, home based services, etc. I'm also a devout sports mom!
