- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are unique & priced according to scope. In today's environment, cost is always a concern. We keep our overhead very low & perform most of the building trades required "in-house", in order to stay competitive in these tough economic times. Only non-union subs & employees are used. Our staff averages a5 years experience in both Commercial & Residential Construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are many sources of information in the construction industry. Manufacturers are often anxious to offer training & product application seminars to any who may be interested,. Journals & even online print are 2 that should not be ignored. Last but not least, we still learn from field work. There is no better source of knowledge than field experience. Yes, Even after 16 years, we still learn from mistakes. Everyone can make them; the key is to learn form mistakes & not make them twice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Remodeling & real estate were a hobby turned into a profession. Our passion is transforming or building new spaces. After 10 years in Corporate America, my hobby turned into my profession. Our strategy has not changed from day 1. We try our best to provide quality work at reasonable costs. Independently, both quality & price are easy to find. One of the reasons we entered this marketplace, was to fill a void for both, in what we viewed as an undeserved market. Client satisfaction is our #1 goal.
