- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the type of package chosen. I accept payments upfront: pay in full or monthly payment plans! I also offer a free 30 mins discovery call whereby I seek to know you and uncover your health goals and you learn about what I do. And if you decide that my program can help you to achieve your goal, then we move to the next step.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prices are based on the type of package chosen. I accept payments upfront: pay in full or monthly payment plans! I offer a free 30 mins discovery call whereby I seek to know you and uncover your health goals and you learn about what as we build rapport, develop a friendship and establish trust. If you decide that my program can help you to achieve your goal, then we move to the next step of onboarding. All new customers must go through a simple registration process. After making your payment we enter into a contractual agreement. You get a welcome email and you choose when it is best for us to meet for coaching sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition. Health coach certification and Life coach certification from the Health Coach Institute. 1200 hours of internship training in Nutrition and Dietetics as follows: • Clinical Inpatient - at John Stroger Hospital in Chicago, St John’s Hospital in Antigua, St Georges Hospital in Grenada, Port of Spain General Hospital in Trinidad, Sande Grande Hospital in Trinidad • Clinical Outpatient - PCC Wellness Center in Chicago, St Augustine private hospital dialysis centre • Community nutrition – Head start sites in Chicago • Foodservice – Dominican University Catering, The University of the Southern Caribbean catering.
