- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, with weddings, I charge per job, whereas with Public Speaking or Life Coaching, I charge by the hour. However, if I’m needed for a larger block of time (e.g. for an entire day or series of events or conferences, or other ongoing or extended engagements, etc.), then my rate can be adjusted. Additionally, if you decide to work with me on an prolonged basis or for a specified contracted period (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on going or, for instance, a 3 month project) I do offer discounts. I also offer discounts for referrals. Referrals are the best advertising! So if you’re happy with me or your results, please, share my name with your friends, family, colleagues, or business partners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with a new client is for us to meet either via phone, live stream, or face-to-face. I think first impressions are crucial to any professional relationship. I encourage clients (individuals or couples) to understand their individual or group goals. Setting goals & taking steps towards achieving those goals can enlighten & enrich our lives & be extraordinarily empowering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple degrees & certifications: Associate of Arts in Music (Opera & Piano); Bachelor of Arts in Speech (Communications Arts); & a Master of Arts in Speech & Theatre (Acting), certified in Editing & Life Coaching & I've been an ordained minister for over 5 years. In addition, I have classroom teaching experience from Early Childhood through college-level. I’m very passionate about everything I do & I hope to inspire everyone I come in contact with through the work that I do & a commitment to bringing that passion to the work we do together.
