Tommy is a wonderful and very professional trainer. I had a pleasure working with him for over a year during and after my pregnancy. His training methods were very innovative and very purpose oriented, helping me manage my pregnancy weight through his functional training methods and later, loose weight after I had my baby. I began going to Edge Fitness and Performance in 2014 and would like to say this is one unique gym. The workouts at first may seem intense but they fly by, before you know it the hour is up and you’ve gotten in an amazing cardio workout. You cannot get the same workout in a regular gym. Here you receive a personal trainer with every class and can attend a few days a week up to unlimited classes, depending on your package, for much less than hiring on a standard personal trainer. The environment is very friendly and up beet. The staff and owner are all so knowledgeable and really care about their clients and helping them in meeting their goals. They know each individual member by name and everyone is treated like family. The atmosphere is very positive, energetic and motivating. Each year the gym holds an award ceremony and dinner for the members. Members are recognized for their hard work and accomplishments which again hits more on a personal level where as you would not receive acknowledgements like this at a regular gym. I would highly recommend Edge Fitness and Performance to others.
I worked with Rob as a personal trainer and massage therapist for 2 or 2.5 years when he was living in MI. He was a great trainer, improved my strength and I loved his massages. He is trainer in Medical Massage and helped alleviate some issues that I was dealing with. Rob will give you his very best and I know that you will not be disappointed.

I met with Michael Davis to discuss what I was looking for in a personal trainer, and he described what he had to offer. We had our first session a few days later. He did an initial assessment of my strengths and showed me how to do various exercises with weights. He gave me homework--we worked out a specific plan for me to workout five days a week, doing different things on different days. We will meet weekly. I am really pleased!
I have been working with Mark Henry for roughly 3 months. I had never worked with a personal trainer before, so I was not sure what to expect and was admittedly anxious and intimidated. Mark made me feel comfortable and has provided me with exercise regiments that have been both challenging and achievable. This has been extremely motivating and his constant encouragement and positive feedback have given me the motivation to stick with it.
I love my Personal Trainer, Brian. I am VERY particular about Trainers. I always pick one by watching them work with their clients. I assess the results of their clients and their own personal results. A Trainer needs to look like a trainer. Brian is one of the best. He is not a chatter box. He is quietly effective and he means business. He focuses on your form, pushes you tirelessly, changes the workout constantly to confuse my body, and has helped me become more stable (I used to trip and fall all the time, weird, I know). My results have been the best testimonial. I have lost 30 pounds and 6 inches around the waist with Brian. My whole body has trimmed down. My whole goal was to have a more lean body, not buff or overly muscular. He tailors my workout for my needs. It is funny, because I get asked about my Trainer every few days. He truly is the best. I can't say enough things about him. I hired Brian 3 years ago. It's one of the best gifts I have given to myself. I go to him 3 times a week, which I recommend.
Working with Isaac from HYPE was the perfect fit for our corporate wellness program. We hired him on the spot as our personal trainer, where he worked with many different types of employees to help personally improve themselves using our onsite gym. Isaac lead good examples and met the needs of each person he worked with. Isaac also took the time to recommend some machine upgrades that would benefit our onsite gym and the employees, which was very helpful and understanding. Ive been taking Amys Yoga Sculpt, Ashtanga Yoga and Cardi-yoga classes since August. Her classes are always fun and challenging. Each class is always different w/ the exception of Ashtanga as that is a class follows the traditional Ashtanga sequence. More recently Amy has become my personal trainer. She provides me with daily workouts and motivation. The workouts she has planned have been fun, diverse, demanding and range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes typically. They always use easily assessable equipment (i.e. stairs, etc). I have definitely begun to see results! I highly recommend Amy as a personal trainer and Yoga instructor.
Mike is a fantastic trainer. His work-outs are never boring. He knows how to make the most out of every experience. He is knowledgeable and has a great personality. I have worked out with him for almost 2 years and I highly recommend him.

She is an excellent coach and is always asking how she can better help you - a good trainer will just give you a plan.
