Barb always tailors my workouts to address my concerns. I appriaciate her flexibility to modify her workout plans at the last minute when I show up with back pain! Barb is very knowledge and always professional.

I was having a hip replacement in about 6 weeks. Barb worked with me to get muscles stretched and breathing down to work area surrounding the hip.

I met Barb today and she had me do several different athletic moves to evaluate my fitness and flexibility. She showed me several exercises I can and will do at home and also promised to talk about diet and emotional eating. Very satisfied with her knowledge and expertise. Looking forward to working with her for a long time.
