No words can express how happy I am with the work Branden Manee's and his crew did renovating our home. The age of the home is 49 and I don't think the carpet ever had a professional cleaning. Just thinking about what I saw under that carpet still makes me sick. Now, I know the cause of all my respiratory problems this last summer. Dirty carpet truly can make your respiratory begin to fail. Brandon explained to me that ceramic tile is the best way go in helping to keep the floors clean and they last much longer and you are less likely to damage the floor board if you have a pet that for some reason thinks the floor is their place to potty! I chose an antique wood style with Branden's help and it looks absolutely GREAT! I can breathe, now! Branden met me at the store to help me pick out what was needed. He helped me with the whole process making it so much easier to go through the renovation process. Branden also replaced old lighting and ceiling fans, painted and is in the process of finishing work up on a couple of doors that were pretty banged up and needed replacing. Next, I would like to have him renovate the bathroom. He is really good at tile work and he is very fair with pricing so I can't wait to get started on the bathroom. They also helped in taking out all the old furniture and putting it into the dumpster. I care for my 92 year old mother and it is hard to get her in and out of the tub, so, Branden is going to install a walk in shower. Our vanity is a 55 inch and is old and has kitchen cabinet doors on them. 55" vanities are pricey, but, Brandon has ideas on how we may be able to just pull out the old one and put in a smaller one that would more fit our budget. Brandon helps you cut corners while going through the project thus saving you money. Again, I can not describe how very happy we are that we took the leap and began fixing up this old house and chose Branden to do the work. If you are looking for someone you can trust that does excellent quality work and is not afraid of hard work and helps you to keep the cost down - Branden is the one for you. I also want to thank Eric for his help working on his hands and knees on that dirty filthy floor. I am ashamed to say but that old carpet was like what you would find in a house of hoarders. It was so filthy. But, it is gone now! And the ceramic tile is great! We love it! Thank-you Branden and crew!

You need someone to come in and look at what you want done. An online quote is not sufficient. I had a tile backsplash installed, even though he had the specs for the tile, he arrived and after measuring, decided he could not do the mosaic detail. There are areas where he filled with grout because the cuts were tedious. It seemed to me he was in a hurry to get out and it shows. He was careless with his equipment on my wood floors and I scrambled and threw rugs down everywhere. He placed his work bucket in my brand new sink and it is scratched beyond repair. He offered to come back and "buff it out", but I really didn't want his boots tracking more cement in my house. You can do better. I would not use Thumbtack again, either.

Our pricing system is not too complicated I base each job on an 8 hour basis taking labor supplies and fuel into the quote Except for flooring in which case it is 2-5 dollars per square foot depending on type of floor to be installed
