Bob McNellis with Take Action CPR was a pleasure to work with as he taught our class to effectively respond to health emergencies that may arise at our church (Community United Methodist) in Naperville. We especially liked his presentation style which included starting with the basics and moving into more complex situations where CPR/AED may be indicated. At the end of the class we ran a demonstration of an "emergency" and learned more about how to work as a team for a successful outcome. Bob's experience as a paramedic was especially useful to help us to understand how to be ready when the rescue workers get to our location. The consensus of the group was that this was the most informative and practical CPR/AED training that we had had over the years. Thanks to Bob. Tonya did a great job training me and my team on CPR and using the AED. She was on-time and very thorough. Would definitely recommend her!
Serena was a great trainer! We had an early morning training and she was ready with the biggest smile on her face to start her day. She is very inspiring as a person, so it was a joy to have her around. She even came to my house to train a friend and I, which was incredibly sweet of her. She brought us lots of gifts as well! She is such an intelligent, hard working, and sweet woman. Thank Serena!
Paul was very organized with his presentations. He told you what was expected of you, and reinforced the video if you strayed. The video was excellent, especially having you perform CPR with them. Repeating CPR with the video reinforced retention. I will admit I was starting to get a blister on the palm of my hand, but I don't stop to think of the sequence of CPR, which is what you need in an emergent situation. I don't think I would change anything.
Good information provided in their bid. We actually went with another provider

We accomplish our mission by recruiting bikers and the general public into public service in support of each other, our communities and our nation. We do this by helping provide our volunteers with the tools and training needed to provide emergency assistance in times of need to whoever may need it.
