Very welcoming and knowledgable. Already scheduled my next lesson. Looking forward to continuing lessons.
Jeremie is very professional, responsive to messages and flexible with scheduling. We are very excited to be doing lessons with Jeremie!
Pete taught our son James guitar lessons for about two years. James had never played guitar prior to meeting with Pete, and I was impressed by Pete's patience, optimism and professionalism at every lesson. James can now play several pop songs and even some beginner classical music. Thanks Pete!
Michael made our dinner party a huge success! Such a wonderful addition and the music was perfect - thank you, Michael!
I have been taking piano lessons for 5 years, voice lessons for 9 months and flute lessons for 6 months at Music Makers...For Life, Inc. As an adult with prior music experience, I had certain ideas on how I wanted my lessons, and Theresa was very willing to accomodate my wishes. She always tried to work within my schedule as well. Theresa was always kind and patient with me and always made me feel good about my music and myself! I'm also impressed with how her school is structured for kids. They earn "music money" if they've practiced their lesson or land on the right square on the board game the teachers use to reinforce their teaching. Then they can spend their "music money" in her "music store" on small toys, or t-shirts, tote bags, etc. This really motivates the kids to want to practice! Older kids might be invited to join one of her rock bands, which perform around the county. Playing in a rock band helps to keep the teens enthusiastically engaged in their music! Music Makers...For Life is truly "The Fun Way to Learn to Play"!
My 7 year old loves the music lessons with Vera. Just in a few months from having no music experience he went to playing multiple songs. Vera passed her passion for music to my son, who cannot wait for the next music lesson. I would highly recommend Vera to anyone.
Aaron is great. Been taking mandolin lessons from him. I am an experienced guitarist and Aaron is adapting to how I want to learn well. He is very patient and flexible with grown up schedules.
My son has been taking piano lessons with the Music Connection for more than a year. The teaching staff is excellent and my son is improving his piano skills weekly!
Allison Cannon is not only a decided musician, but she is also passionate about teaching others. I've known Allison for eight years now and have heard her skill level advance with each passing year. She is hands down one of the most talented musicians I know for her age, and quite frankly most anywhere. She has done a multitude of performances and comes highly recommended by a well renown director, Patrick Henning. If you have the opportunity to work with this shinning-young, talented musician take everything you can in! She will teach you the skill you wish to have from the skill that still surpasses most well known artists.
Sara is very professional & knowledgeable! My daughter loves her singing lessons with Sara!
My daughter, Piper, started her 1st music lessons with Miss Jessica at age 7. She laid the foundation for love of music which continues to this day. Her thoughtful lessons designed to suit Piper's ability, made learning fun and easy. Her uncanny patience brought them through periods when faced with greater music challenges. I appreciated her approachable demeaner and willingness to keep an open dialogue. Piper passed from piano to French horn in 5th grade when school band was offered. With the benefit of lessons from Miss Jessica, it made for a smooth transition. Thanks for 4 great years! Kate (Piper's mom)
At Music by Liz, lessons are tailored to the student to optimize their learning potential! I have over ten years of experience in educating others.
Shannon got back to me quickly and we went and met her and had a lesson to see if it would be a good fit with her and my daughter. I would do nothing to change my experience it is nice to be able to have a trial lesson to make sure it is a good match. My daughter has only had 3 lessons and I can already hear a big difference in her voice. My daughter loves going and has learned a lot in her few lessons. Also Shannon has been flexible with our busy schedule as long as we can give her some notice. I would not change anything about our experience it went very smoothly.
My first lesson with Albert led me to believe that playing the piano is something I would like to pursue. He made it fun and taught me the key names in the matter of minutes. Thank you for showing me that playing the piano is just as enjoyable as listening to it.
Our purpose at TALENTed is to teach music and other fine arts in one-on-one and group settings, providing an inspiring and transformative environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
I teach piano lessons to all ages and levels, from beginners through intermediate piano students! I make piano lessons fun for young students while also teaching them important lessons through games and activities.
I have played piano since I was five and also have extensive experience in music theory, taking four college classes in it. I also have been a piano accompanist for 10 years and have a background in singing and performance as well. I was classically trained and also have been in jazz band throughout high school and college. My business is to teach piano and/or music theory to my students in a precise and definitive manner so as to provide instruction to better the world with more musicians. My piano instructor trained me well, and I plan on doing the same with every student.
I unlock the musician in you. I incorporate traditional methods along with adding the fun factor! I believe music is a gift, and I want to continue sharing it with the world!

I have an intimate familiarity with Abode's Audition recording software, as well as the Sibelius musical notation software. I have a great ear, and I incorporate aural skills into my lessons. My master's degree from NIU in jazz arranging prepares me to teach music theory in lessons as well.
