Ive been taking Amys Yoga Sculpt, Ashtanga Yoga and Cardi-yoga classes since August. Her classes are always fun and challenging. Each class is always different w/ the exception of Ashtanga as that is a class follows the traditional Ashtanga sequence. More recently Amy has become my personal trainer. She provides me with daily workouts and motivation. The workouts she has planned have been fun, diverse, demanding and range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes typically. They always use easily assessable equipment (i.e. stairs, etc). I have definitely begun to see results! I highly recommend Amy as a personal trainer and Yoga instructor.

Kaylene was my first yoga instructor, by way of prenatal yoga. I wasn't really into yoga and felt intimidated by this calm, zen form of exercise. I was used to intense workouts and sports. I came to really enjoy yoga and I give credit for that to Kaylene. She has a very inviting demeanor and always explained things clear enough so that as a beginner I still felt like I could keep up. I enjoyed the inspirational quotes or short passages related to motherhood, pregnancy, and children. One of the most profound pieces of advice I've gotten about parenthood was from one of her classes- listen to your intuition. I've gotten to know and become friends with Kaylene and to me yoga only feels right if she is involved. As a new mom I am hoping to carve out some time to join her for beginners yoga. Thank you for helping me learn to find peace and the yogi within me Kaylene!

Over the years I’ve taken many yoga classes and have known many teachers, but it was not until I discovered a certified teacher of Iyengar yoga, the type Amy teaches, that I finally realized how beneficial yoga could be. Iyengar yoga is designed to help people with a wide range of abilities acquire the correct balance and positioning that enable the body to function at its best. For this reason, Iyengar yoga can be undertaken by women or men, children or older adults, and even people with disabilities, because an experienced teacher can tailor the person’s practice for any special needs or level of ability. My first Iyengar teacher moved away, and for a long time I feared I would never find anyone that good again. Then one day I read an article about Amy in the paper, and the long search was over. Like my first teacher, Amy has the ability to instantly spot whatever adjustment a student might need and can supply a wide range of aids to make a pose work for that person. She has a warm, welcoming personality, endless patience, and a good sense of humor. Our class can be challenging, but it’s always rewarding.
Moira is a wonderfully motivating instructor...one who truly cares & is patient & willing to work w/my limited physical capabilities, encouraging & helping me to "do what I can w/what I have" in the yoga sessions. I feel the transfer of her healing energy in the Reiki sessions which leave me feeling relaxed, yet rejuvenated & empowered. I look forward to continuing my weekly sessions w/Moira & highly recommend her to anyone seeking to find a health "partner" who can help them be "the best they can be."
I enlisted Kelley's expertise to help me get in shape for an upcoming wedding. She offered private classes, in person and via Skype. It was wonderful to be able to do yoga in the privacy of my own home. Kelley is such a great yoga teacher and you really feel like she cares about you and your progress. She also helped me design and implement a garden so I can have heathy vegetables to eat.
