- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for grass cuts, snow plowing, miscellaneous repairs. This allows you to feel comfortable in knowing if you talk to one of our customers, you weren't overcharged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consult with the customer and review all work needed before starting any project. We always establish a firm price of the exact cost involved. We then provide a recap of work to be completed and start date and end date. Photos of all work completed including before, during and after photos will be provided. Payment is expected upon completion. We accept all major credit cards or cash. No checks unless prior arrangements made.
