nothing to recommend but just to share my story. --- Fact evaluation: Progress tracked by Matt Johnson Trained by Marcin Grobelny (instagram- @grobelnym) Training Time - October 2016- June 2017 Training Intensity- three hour per week Aim- slim down, lose fat and lose weight. Life Outside Training (when I do not have session with trainer)- cardio (cardio), and 17 running races plus 1 bike event in 9 months (how I spent my lazy weekends). Life Outside Training (reality)- a Mon- Fri job that sit in front of the computer 9-6, sometimes weekday OT till late night, or might take my weekend too. Results- more toned up, people no longer say "it seems like you are a little bit less chubby" but "you look slimmer", ~5% fat ratio down. --- This week marks my last week with Chitown Trainer, it has been a very very great 9 month with Marcin that I did not only learn about workout move but also the psychological, health and nutrition, workout and recovery chapters that is totally a bonus to me. Marcin has been my very first friend in town and probably one that I meet most frequent out of all these time. I learnt about his education, and I believe his academic background and body building experience has made him a very unique trainer because he had been educating me in a all-rounded manner. As time goes, I started to learn more about my body and my mindset, as well as the key to stay consistent and balance through out my days. I eventually train harder and more frequent; and be more honest with myself about the diet and I have dropped my fat ratio through all the months. One thing that I did not expect to happen, is that I actually improved from 32min/5k to 27 min/5k in less than 4 months' time. I did not pick up any running training, I enjoy food fest in the new year, I had deep dish and (quite a lot of) cheat meal, but still, a 5 minute improvement in such a short distant run are actually all from the hard work from weight lifting with Marcin. I used to fear leg day as I started because lower body training back in middle school basketball time has bulk me up so much. However, now I start to love my leg days more -- and as a result I am getting a little big addictive with running as well, which I used to think it is super-very-extremely-so-boring. With the encouragement form Marcin, I actually run more than I thought I would. Counting back the weeks, I have nailed 18 city-events in 9 month's time. Given that Chicago is not my home city, this is definitely a life time PR. Meeting Marcin has definitely become a motion to get up early as we train at 0530 most of the time. As I am leaving Chicago, I would look forward to meet Marcin again with a more toned body to show off how I am able to apply things I learnt from him and all the hard work I put in even I am out of the country. --- Thank you Marcin!! :)

I have been training with Grant for over two years since moving to Chicago. Grant is by far the most talented and intelligent trainer I have ever worked with. He personalizes all of our training sessions to fit my specific needs and goals that I have set for myself. Our workouts are constantly developing and nothing that can be copied catted from online. I have dealt with knee and shoulder pain prior to starting out our sessions. Grant took this into account and rather avoiding the issue, helped me build muscle and strength and to heal so that my workouts are the best they can be. Not only is his attention to every work out above par, but his knowledge of nutrition takes his training to another level. He has helped me planned my diet around building my strength and losing weight. Everything is tailored specifically to me. Grant had changed the way I view exercise, fitness, nutrition, and health. He is nothing but professional and hard working. He is not only a fantastic trainer but a great friend.

Jake is an outstanding trainer and by far the best we have ever come across. He is professional, knowledgeable and beyond patient. His ability to adapt his teaching method and problem solve each of our needs is truly a gift. Our family has multiple complex medical issues and we have all made incredible progress. Jake's enthusiasm for fitness and encouragement have had a profound effect on me and my children. My 15 year old special needs son Santos has been transformed not only physically but mentally as well. It is miraculous. Jakes nutritional counseling and teaching style have enabled Santos to grasp the concepts and reach his goal weight. Diabetes is no longer the serious threat. Santos is using self control with food for the first time in his life. Also, he is now conversing with others and discussing food and exercise. Jake has prepared him for a lifetime of fitness and nutrition in a way that I'm confidant will have lasting effects. People are shocked by the transformation of his mind and body. We are beyond excited for Santos' future and his newfound confidence. Jake has enabled me for the first time in years to work out safely and effectively. I've lost 20 pounds like Santos and down 2 sizes. Jakes motivation and encouragement have carried me through this difficult process. His slow and consistent approach combined with the technical knowledge has not only kept me from injury but have created success. I'm not only on my way to my goal weight but my doctors and I are thrilled by the nuero muscular progress I'm making. It is empowering to know that we can take an active role in our health and not remain powerless. We moved to Southern California temporarily to get out of the cold and improve our health. 34-m- Los Angeles, CA, 5'10'' was 196 lbs. (too much "in-N-out"). I found Body Evolution through my Doctor after consulting with him about losing weight and building muscle. I am now 175 lbs. and my abdominal muscles are coming out!!! Before starting my program, I was lifting weights on my own but wasn't getting the results I was looking for. I even tried personal trainers around my areas and didn't help much. Body evolution helped me with nutrition education and fitness training online and I even got a DNA test to understand my body. It's been 4 weeks now and I'm loving this great experience and the change in my body that I'm having.... excited!

    As her neighbor, I saw her in action, daily. 1) She uses highest grade, fresh ingredients. She plans her menus according to the dietary/health needs and personal requests of her customers, including healthy choices, with emphasis on nutritional value. 2) Kristi is well-experienced in cooking for families with food allergies in that one of her sons has allergies to many things, including peanuts. She taught me to read food labels carefully and showed me that many prepackaged items include peanuts, or were produced in factories where peanuts are handled. She is VERY conscientious about content, handling, and processing. 3) Being privileged to sample on occasions, my granddaughter and I found her creations to be tasty and memorable! 4) Kristi personally delivers her hot or cold meals. IN OTHER WORDS: Highly recommended!

    Katelyn is awesome! She customizes workouts and my nutrition plan for me. She is super flexible and we meet at many different places to mix it up.     I have worked with Lamar for some time now and he is excellent. I have a busy schedule with lots of things but he is not only patient with my timing but he also reminds me as to why I am here training with him: to get results. There have been times where I would get discouraged and go back to old habits and he would be there to talk me through it. He always told me that to get results that you have to stay consistent and make better food choices. We've sat down and went over foods that I'm addicted to and we found healthier alternatives to them. He's even gone out of his way and met me at a grocery store to show me where to get my nutrition. Our workouts are amazing! There's always different moves that I learn with each workout so I don't get bored. I love music so he lets me choose music that I feel comfortable with. Most of the time we end up going over the allotted time which thankfully he doesn't mind because he truly cares about making sure the intensity of the workout is being accomplished. He pushes me past my limits each workout and though I may get sore at the end it is all worth it. Because of his patience and humility for me I will continue to train with him even when I make my goal. If you want results contact him and stick with it otherwise you'll waste both his and your time. Lamar I can't thank you enough for helping me become stronger!

    1. I would strongly recommend Paula to anyone truly interested in changing to a healthier food lifestyle, and especially to those who might think they know this area well. I was surprised at how much I didn't know before undertaking her program, despite voluminous reading and research I had already done on the topic. Her program is highly customized to each person's objectives and life situation. It is also distinguished in its extent beyond the science of nutrition and in to the source causes of eating behaviors.
