- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price for a check and diagnosis is $85. Once we find the problem and you agree to resolve the issue we waive the $85 out off and then give you price to fix the issue. (Furnace, A/C, Water Heater, Humidifier)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls we are to ready to answer the calls. Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information by (phone or set up schedule), perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
