I just had Eagle One Protection Systems, Inc. mount my 52" LCD TV to the wall & hide the wires. Roland did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I plan to refer him to anyone I know looking for the same excellent service.Jul 20, 2015Verified
Roland helped me with a pipe/faucet damage in the whirlpool that caused extensive damages to the room below. It included fixing the plumbing and tiling in the bathroom as well as fixing the damages to the room below. That included (replacing the damaged ceiling, repainting the entire room and redoing some electrical work. His estimates were good and charges were very reasonable. Unlike a typical handyman, Roland provided good ideas and options for some of the work he was doing. He believes in getting the job done right, what ever it takes. Doesn't nickel and dime for small issues. Didn't really give me much to complain about. I expect to use his services again.Jul 3, 2015Verified
Roland was on time, efficient, versatile and did a great job. He was responsive and followed up as soon as I reached out to him. I already have plans to reach out to him for future needs.May 18, 2015Verified
He was terrific -- very conscientious; since the alarm was going off, he came from an hour away to do the work right away on the alarms and returned a couple of days later to do the rest of the work. Highly professional as well as wonderfully personable. You will love working with him. And he wants you to be happy with his work!May 15, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is different. Some may require service, while others may need parts and labor, or installation. Therefore, I charge accordingly. For some, I may charge hourly. For others, I may charge per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We meet and greet. I work up a quote. If the customer accepts, then I write an agreement and request half down as a deposit (only if job is big enough, or there are special order parts required for the job). Typically, a monetary deposit and a signed contract is required in order to bind any agreement. Once these requirements are met, scheduling may begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I always keep up to date with technology and I take up courses to learn of the latest products and technologies.
